I am very satisfied with my first study stay at the Keats School in Kunming. For 2 weeks I attended a one-to-one course, lasting 4 hours a day, with a very competent, friendly teacher who was able to adapt the lessons to my language level and objectives. The teaching method is very varied and tends to develop all skills; the teacher and the tutor are omnipresent, helpful with every need to adapt to the environment, generous with their suggestions. I chose to reside in a comfortable room in the school and to eat my meals in the excellent school canteen, thus developing collegial relationships with the other resident students. Since the school is in Yunnan, it is very easy to go from Kunming to visit other attractive places in this province, such as Dali and Lijiang. A splendid experience, which I intend to repeat as soon as possible, for a longer period of time.

来大理出差，有半天空闲，就选择来大理古城参观。

从市区直接打车到大理古城南门，门口一个很大的微博小浪玩偶。古城没有门票，穿过城门就进入古城的南北向主干道复兴路。大理古镇主要是三横一纵的主路组成，像丰收的“丰”字，复兴路就是这一贯穿南北的纵向中轴路，中间还会穿插几条东西向的支干道。古镇里有不少值得一逛和拍照打卡的地方，比如大理市博物馆、床单厂艺术区、五华楼、天主教堂️、玉饵园，推荐参观下大理市博物馆以及登上五华楼从高处俯视下古城全景。

到大理古城里，也要尝一下本地小吃，那么不能错过乳扇和炒饵块。乳扇有烤乳扇和炸乳扇两种做法，我品尝了炸乳扇，并抹了酱，味道还可以，但是因为过于酥脆，一不小心掉到地上一大块，大家要注意。炒饵块是一种米制食品，裹上辅料切成小块装碗，再浇点生抽，味道很不错，两种小吃价格也不贵，都是5块钱，往里走还会有更便宜的。古城里还有很多其它本地特色美食，因为时间问题，就没有都一一品尝。

交通：
1、从大理市区到大理古城有公交抵达的方式，但是对于游客来讲，建议还是包车或者打车更方便，车程大概40分钟，返程要看是否高峰点，高峰点大概50分钟。
2、打车过来建议停在南门，从南往北逛古城，然后从北边打车回城，不用走回头路。

This is one of the main attractions of Lijiang, and let me tell you it's worth it! Never have I ever seen such a wonderful landscape. Take your passport with you! As soon as you arrive, a bus will take you to the Blue Lagoon, some buses take you to the lagoons and back to the base. There are places at the base to have coffee, grab snacks, or have lunch.

The entrance ticket to the mountain and Blue Lagoon is ¥100. There are ticket counters but if you talk with your hotel they would probably arrange it for you (transport, oxygen, the ticket to the place, and ticket to the cable car that takes you up the mountain, it’s around ¥318). If you prefer to go on your own from the ancient city you can take the bus 101 (¥15, you can pay by QR or cash keep), keep In mind they don’t have change, so you should give them the right amount) but I would definitely recommend booking the tickets in advance.

From the e ring line road turn lerf into a small lane and go up the mountain, walk about two hour and you reach the guesthse.it is beautiful surrounding at the guesthouse.you must try the self made white wine.

Clean, not crowded, not chaotic. It's cheaper to buy souvenirs at this station than at the ancient city.

It’s a lake, but it looks like a sea because of its largeness. Apart from the beauty, Erhai lake is also diverse in plants. There’re lots of tourists attractions around Erhai Lake: Little Putuo, Shengtuolini, … Travelling around Erhai Lake is a good experience owing to its tranquility.

Rent makeup and hair products for 100 yuan outside the gate (bus station). Take beautiful panoramic photos opposite the bus station with a building with colored flags, go to the 3rd floor of the building with an area to take panoramic photos like me.

Search Lijiang on trip to book a room in Lijiang.
Note that you should look at the map when booking, do not book in the old town because the car cannot take luggage in, so book a hotel with 2 frontages, 1 facing the main street, 1 facing the old town.

It's a huge town with a lot of fake. Shops repeat at every street. It's all the same and very much targeted tourist merch. I'm most upset with poor effort rebuilding of the old gate with machine cut stones and cement mortar.
