This is an airport that you just have to endure. The check is very serious, children are driven to hysterics by a very harsh examination, it’s hard to watch. There is no information on the board about flights other than Chinese ones, that is, you don’t understand about your international flight, whether it’s here or whether you need to go to another terminal, what check-in counters are. We flew to Astana. They forced us to put all our winter clothes on ourselves, they didn’t allow us to go with them in bags to the inspection area, we put them on, and a minute later they filmed everything again. What nonsense. On the plus side, Wi-Fi was connected very easily by myself, for the first time in China, I usually ask for a local number. There are water dispensers at basically all airports in China. After such an airport, the aftertaste from traveling to China is not very pleasant, and you leave with it.

The cafe’s yoghurt coffee is worth a try.
Make sure you purchase/reserve ticket via their wechat account beforehand. They have no ticket office onsite….
A good hotel for family trips. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The personnel is polite and friendly! I liked it!
冬天從烏魯木齊到天山大峽谷景區，幾乎沒有什麼人，旺季是4－10月，我是11月22日去，由於下大雪所以幾乎都封閉。只開放一個景點。
I visited here.a few years back it was still wonderful- the beauty of the Pak-china border especially in winter is just mesmerising. Especially Khunjerab National Park, and the roads are spectacular! Beautiful views.
Not part of India, before 2014 LOC was clearly shown on the map, this change now makes people confused. It's impossible to get there for Indians
