Beautiful place The total walk around is about 4 km. There are many photo spots. Come winter, there aren't many people, it's beautiful in another way. There's a museum before you leave. It's only 6 km from the city, so it's very convenient to get a taxi there and back.

Beautiful in winter -3 c but beautiful in another way. Lots of photo corners The frozen lake is beautiful in another way. Take a taxi from the hotel for only 10 yuan (there are a lot of taxis here, travel is very convenient and cheap).

Beautiful Wat Phra Non made of wood. No photography allowed inside. Entrance fee is 40 y, children 20 y.

It's something that comes from within, the morning freshness, the noises, the smells all together that make this place magical.
I love that place and if you are around just to come spend five days.

The start of silk road, quite windy and cold starting from november, but much less people, could take nice photo easily without blocking

Nice bridge. Cross the two sides of the the yellow river. Always get the feeling of the history.
