The hotel's location, breakfast service, varieties and quality of food, and the dinner, the size and comfort of the rooms, house keeping and concierge service were excellent.
We would like to thank sincerely Mr. Zane Zhang, who provided the best concierge service with his help and support for the tour of Great Wall of China, acrobatic show and other trips throug Beijing and Mrs. Blair Xu, who was dealth with deeply to customer problems and works with all her efforts to solve the problem with her kindness and cheerfulness.

Location was excellent as it was between two metro lines. Near to shopping district as well. However it was a little cumbersome to get to the new wing. Breakfast was ok but food tends to be cold and coffee was sometimes not replenished fast enough

This hotel is so centrally located with facilities and good food nearby and the room rates are so reasonable with good hotel staff that can speak good english, perfect place! Nearby there is a peiking duck restaurant that you guys have to try, super good!

The location is wonderful and subway station is quite close. However, some ladies made a lot of noise in the evening and I am not sure if the management level is concerned about prostitution…

Novotel experience, generally speaking has been good in the past. I found the staff at the hotel front desk / reception, rude at the time of check in. And they were irritated because we were a group check-in and eight or us came together for checkin. Also I don't really get it why in a city like Beijing hotels can't have stafff that speaks English.
The other parts or out stay were ok.

The room is large but it's outdated and the bed is rock hard. There are no power points close to the bed and only one that even worked so I had to sit on the floor with my phone. The air conditioning is cold and doesn't have heating although it has a heat setting. I called concierge and they sent a lady up who spoke no English when it was obvious to the lady on front desk that I spoke English and she then told me they don't have heat and it is cold outside so that is simply why it's cold. That's not good enough for the price I paid. If I wanted no heating, power points and a rock hard bed I would have stayed in a backpackers!

It's a ok hotel. Bit old so you get stains on the tiles of the bathroom. But not a bad place to stay. Buffet is good no variety in a daily basis but a good buffet. Not the best I beijing but not the worst. I'd stay their again and a family friendly hotel too.

Great hotel in a great location. Beds were very comfy, rooms spacious and very clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Free internet worked pretty well considering its China. Buffet breakfast was nice too with a massive selection of food.

Good rooms, big, clean, comfortable. Terrible hotel restaurant, bland tasteless unimaginative food, unattentive staff, equally bad food quality in room service. If you are likely to eat at the hotel you stay, don't stay here.

酒店位置非常棒，就在地鐵燈市口車站附近，離王府井大街非常近，去故宮、天安門也十分方便，房間設施齊全，電水壺、電吹風、電冰箱均有提供，不過沒有浴缸，促銷定的送早餐，早上六點就開始供應，很方便，贊一個！

服務態度不佳, 2014-9/1至9/5入住2311房門鎖老舊, 回房間開房門竟然是一件辛苦的事總得感應好幾次才能打開. 住了四天, 就有兩次完全開不了房門，第一次親自跑到一樓大堂服務櫃檯更換房卡, 第二次請服務員到房前幫忙開門, 跟他反映. 回覆的是: 要客人自己跟總公司網站反應!

號稱四星酒店這種服務品質比普通商務旅館還差.

Novatel assigned us a room in their old wing building which was unacceptable, a large sign blocked any window view, dark wood interior, air conditioning forced out only hot air. We had to pay extra for a room on the new wing. It was modern light colored interior. Staff insensitive to hotel guests. Didn't like that we had to pay more for their new wing for a decent room.

Good hotel known by all the locals a big sign on the building makes it easy to find if you are trying to find your way back.

* Easy walking distance from some markets

Great hotel in many aspects including amazing beds, room views, lounge bar & dining, & decently priced.
The hotel is located close to Wangfujing st which is the city center where decent food is available.

The down side of the hotel is it has a rotten egg aroma covering all corridors.

Old hotel. No accordclub welcome and Ddesk always empty. Rooms even in premier let me think nothing move since 1970. Over invoiced vs level.
