The hotel's location, breakfast service, varieties and quality of food, and the dinner, the size and comfort of the rooms, house keeping and concierge service were excellent.
We would like to thank sincerely Mr. Zane Zhang, who provided the best concierge service with his help and support for the tour of Great Wall of China, acrobatic show and other trips throug Beijing and Mrs. Blair Xu, who was dealth with deeply to customer problems and works with all her efforts to solve the problem with her kindness and cheerfulness.
My 2nd time, 9 years after my 1st stay back in 2015.
Given the fact that it's an 11 years old hotel, everything was marinated very well, you can't really tell the age of it.
Every staff I encountered was very friendly, welcoming and efficient.
The executive suite was very spacious and well decored, the view was stunning facing direct to GuoMao area.
The lounge has limited f&b selection, but has spectacular view. Was lucky that the sky was very clear and the sunset was very pretty during my whole stay.
Only downside, there was no diamond status recognition, no fruit or wine etc.
Was told by front desk that they had full occupancy, can tell it is a very popular hotel where you can easily access the entertaining area, SanLiTun.
從台北出發，到北京已經有點晚了，所以第一晚就選在首都機場的希爾頓酒店！
忘記事先查詢機場-酒店接駁車，所以我們步行到飯店，慢慢走大概20分鐘，還好！
房間簡單乾淨，很多人以為床頭沒有插座，其實，床頭的鬧鐘上，就有兩個USB的插頭，充電很方便！
早餐很多樣，麵食、煎餅果子、沙拉、水果、蔬菜等等，吃飽再出發，超幸福的！

This is part of a large complex, also very beautiful and interesting. There is a round wall around the tower and when there are few people inside, you can disperse in different directions and talk in a whisper. It didn’t work out for us, there were a lot of people).
Annoying shop owners who try to sell you everything. In the end corner with all the stairs you can buy nice souvenirs and work on some good bargain
The arena stadium and the swimming pool was beautifully lit and perfect for pictures in the evening. You can actually purchase tickets to enter the stadium during the day.
The construction of the swimming pool was especially interesting because the outside is constructed with solid glass/material while the inside layer is soft plastic, with air constantly pumped in, to create the bubble looking appearance!
Best duck we tried in Beijing, with wonderful decoration and excellent staff. We booked using their phone number on the same day.
They scammed me on my first order. I ordered a jacket that has not arrived, the deadline has more than passed, I paid 105 euros, I asked for a refund and the seller offered to give me back 0.01 OR ONE CENT AND BE IN PEACE! The seller is Taozhuang. Apart from the scam, they laugh at me in my face! They don't want to give me my money back, the jacket DOES NOT arrive, I don't recommend it at all, it's a pure scam!
