I came to the airport to go back to Bangkok at 5 AM, the securities were not able to speak English.so i used translator app and showed them my ticket, they already knew i will go to Bangkok at 8-9 AM but still they talked in Chinese language with each other and did not let me go inside.while many chinese went inside without problem.i still don't understand why they just stand up and look like stupid.why did not they just let me in? It remains mystery to me.until finally i was helped by a flight attendant who could speak a bit english.what was the morning security talking about at that time? Did they want to take picture with me? This is what i hate.even if we use translator app.they don't want to use translator app to talk back to me.they just ignore me and serve other chinese passangers.
在中國那邊地圖叫做「靜安凱賓斯基全套房」，定了豪華房/藝術房跟一室ㄧ廳房，房型整體來說都一樣⋯⋯只是左右問題，但價格會有落差，其中一個豪華房（較貴）結果浴室看出去是牆壁，但ㄧ室一廳（較便宜）卻是兩邊浴室窗都是都市景觀，所以check in房要稍微提一些要求
房間裡面都有微波爐，小型洗衣機（可以跟櫃檯拿洗衣液），洗衣機可以烘衣服，但每次要一次性兩個小時的烘乾
整體服務來說都不錯，乾淨整潔，保潔阿姨人不錯
但不建議買包含早餐，早餐種類很少，而且像餛飩，牛肉麵只能一人一份，不能多拿，還不如出去外面吃
Wonderful hotel with beautiful views, fantastic service and generous facilities in impeccable condition. They also focus on sustainability with wooden key cards and no single-use-plastic in the rooms. We loved it! Make a stop at the mandarin cake shop. It’s worth it.
It seems to be good for bird watching as well, and the old fort serves as a commentary center for the wild birds that can be seen here. It's obvious that the content isn't all that important, but even though I'm not really interested, I end up walking around the fortress, and I'm shocked at how narrow the passages are and how low the ceiling is. It might be a good way to realize once again that the military is tough.
There were actually over 100 plovers on the beach. They flock together on the shore and take off all at once when the waves approach, resembling dragons undulating, but when you look at them through the binoculars you brought, you'll be amazed to see the waves shining brilliantly like brocade in front of you. However, the sight of countless plovers running in a dark band of shadows, crossing in a single line, is so dazzling that I can't help but take my breath away. It's really hard to have this kind of fun, and even now I can't help but feel enchanted just thinking about it.
Compare to other hilton property I stayed this location needs to focusing more and improve their customer service (front desk). The front desk agent lady who Checkin me wasn’t polite and try to rush me away when I tried to ask her some questions Not only she wasn’t able to answer my questions too She needs to learn the basic customer service when she is in this industry
The hotel's location, breakfast service, varieties and quality of food, and the dinner, the size and comfort of the rooms, house keeping and concierge service were excellent.
We would like to thank sincerely Mr. Zane Zhang, who provided the best concierge service with his help and support for the tour of Great Wall of China, acrobatic show and other trips throug Beijing and Mrs. Blair Xu, who was dealth with deeply to customer problems and works with all her efforts to solve the problem with her kindness and cheerfulness.
I am very satisfied with my first study stay at the Keats School in Kunming. For 2 weeks I attended a one-to-one course, lasting 4 hours a day, with a very competent, friendly teacher who was able to adapt the lessons to my language level and objectives. The teaching method is very varied and tends to develop all skills; the teacher and the tutor are omnipresent, helpful with every need to adapt to the environment, generous with their suggestions. I chose to reside in a comfortable room in the school and to eat my meals in the excellent school canteen, thus developing collegial relationships with the other resident students. Since the school is in Yunnan, it is very easy to go from Kunming to visit other attractive places in this province, such as Dali and Lijiang. A splendid experience, which I intend to repeat as soon as possible, for a longer period of time.

It was an experience where we felt like we were in our country. The food and the atmosphere were of very high quality. We had the opportunity to eat Turkish food that we missed in China. Mr. Taylan's hospitality and the attention of all the waiters made us feel very special. We would especially like to thank Mr. Taylan. I recommend everyone who is in Shanghai to experience it.
