去年入住的，酒店的香味太浓烈了让人头晕。
电梯不是直达要转一次有点麻烦
前台check in特别慢，遇到查不到订单的问题就干等，跟客人大眼瞪小眼而不是积极想解决办法
提前联系好代收的包裹，结果前台和代收的负责人（？）推卸责任说没收到，内部就像没有沟通过一样…
其他的都可以，地理位置很好，房间也不错

Location is excellent with good cityline view, however the room facilities are too old, breakfast and service is so so

Hotel check-in lobby is on the 33rd floor (?)
I have to change elevators and go to my room.
I stayed on the 43rd floor
The view was good
Breakfast wasn't that big for a Chinese food.

Impeccable service, perfect location and the rooms are exceptional. All in all, my stay here was incredible. The VIP Lounge food is above average but the staff more than make up for it.they work very hard to make your experience pleasant and memorable. I had sushi every day and it was amazing. Looking forward to visiting again.

Have been staying in this property for years. I will def recommend. Great massage place near the hotel too.

Good location, good service, but outdated
Take a taxi from Pudong Airport for about 50 minutes, 30,000 to 40,000 won.
Close to People's Square Station

Recommended. High level of service in a true 5 star hotel. Good location (easy subway access). Rooms are comfortable and elegant. Yes it's aging a bit, but well maintained and was built well to begin with. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone to start the day with a great view of the city. This is a solid choice.

I must say, for par 8 years it’s was hotel which I used to stay when I was at Shanghai.it’s was the best location and a high-quality place … but since last year things changed. Firstable the receptionist charge me double the price for no reason. The refund never comes back… Thank a quality.the breakfast.sorry but even bread was missing … for a 5-star hotel.was days with no food. The exclusive lounge. It was too full to access. Sad but it's my last time here. Photo attached

A hotel with an excellent location. I cannot commend the staff highly enough; so helpful and courteous. Compared to other hotels within the same category I’ve stayed in before, this level of customer service was just excellent. The room was nice, a bit small but very functional with a lovely view. Thank you for making our stay very special.

Oddly, I have not seen anything unusual traveling extensively in China as I am doing now. We all know there is a pandemic, but the controls are making life easier, especially for people working, like I am.

The Marriott Tomorrow Square continues of the best choices in my opinion. I feel safe and the staff is very good.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday in the Lobby Lounge on the 38 floor with a surprise High Tea. What an amazing experience and views. Anna and her team were truly amazing, the eats were so well presented and tasty, thank you so much. We all had a great time. Thanks Colin for all the assistance in organising. It was above and beyond expectations and we will be back.

We returned. Spent two nights at Marriott Tomorrow Square over CNY. Even though the hotel is not modern (compared to other hotels in this range), the room and bed was amazing, the service was excellent, as were the views from our corner room, the restaurant on the Lobby floor (38) was great and the Breakfast suited my Western palate very well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Remember to visit the highest Library in the world (I even read a book from the Library). The indoor pool was great, except the water was a tad cold for me, but I did swim. Disappointed that the jacuzzi in the men’s locker room was so cold!

Hotel locate at the heart of Shanghai, easy to reach any shopping or commercial district. Subway station & also different kind of shopping area, is just few minutes walk.
And all the rooms here can see the amazing views of the city, as it is the higher around this area. The room is clean & large, but a bit dated, and starting to get worn out such as the carpets in room. I like there was plenty of table spaces. And I know they did change the lighting in the room, as it used to be so dark in the room, even turn on all the lights.
The Wi-Fi was stable & fairly fast. The gym facility is great. The 59/F club lounge view is magnificent, but it always too busy & too small for the size of the hotel, number of people allow to access the lounge & makes it hardly perk. The food during the evening cocktail is so-so, and almost everyday is the same.
Impeccable services from the bell attendant to the front desk to the staff in restaurant and the staff in 59/F lounge.
Specially professionalism services from the guest service manager, Jessica. Also from the restaurant manager, Jeffrey Zhou, Aviva, Eva & Adam. And great hospitality from the concierge Raven, Tom, John & Eason.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to people's square and west Nanjing road, staff are very polite and friendly.

Amazing hotel. Located in the heart of Shanghai’s commercial and shopping district and within easy reach of the city’s many leisure attractions. Every rooms offers captivating views of the city. Love the restaurant and amenities. First Class!

Location's great. Right smacked in people's square where most of the train stations connect. You can take train line 2 from the airport and drop by people Park station (exit 11). From there, it's just a left turn and 5 min walk. Anyhow room was decent (a little dated) but a special call out to the gym (good range of dumbbells from 10-35kg, and many static machines including an assisted squat rack). I would stay here again given its excellent location, and customer service counter. A little critic would be the servers standing on L38 hall, they can at least greet the guests or put on a smile.

Stayed here for a handful of days in October. I usually stay at the Marriott City Center, but from a suggestion from a friend, decided to stay here. One of the benefits of this place is the great views. It is much higher up than the other hotels on the Puxi side, so you get a great view of the city. One thing I didn't like about the room was how dim it was. At night, even with all the lights on, I thought I left some lights off. I had them all on when I checked again. Location is good, but for tourists, there are probably better ones. Good business trip hotel.

Awesome place to stay in while in Shanghai. Near to shopping street along Nanjing West road. Great service & food by Marriott, never fail to impressed its guests.

The hotel is great, good facilities and convenient for touristy and business stuff. However, maybe because of this convenience the club lounge is far too busy and too small for the size of the hotel. More than once around meal times I was told there was no room to sit, leaving me to have to go elsewhere to eat. If the lounge is unusable then suddenly there are 100 other hotel options that are comparable but cheaper.

We had 2 nights before our cruise out of Baoshan and stayed at the JW. With the lobby on the 38th floor and our room on the 45th, the views of the financial district are fantastic.

Staff were extremely helpful with the bellboy using his wechat to help hail taxis and translating everything for us.

The rooms are amazingly clean and the amount of US/International outlet options meant I didn't have to pull out any power adapters. The bath tub is huge and the shower amazing with 3 different sprays. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of table space to get work done. The wifi was fairly fast but you will need a VPN and it is behind the Great Firewall. Overall the rooms rival any high end hotel.

Both mornings we ate in the buffet and the selection is something of a wonder. American, British, Chinese, there is something for almost everyone. 8 different fruit juices, omelettes to order, salad, charcuterie, dim sum, ramen, pancakes, Gelato, bacon, sausage, tea eggs, lo mein, Szechaun beef. When I say everything, Iean EVERYTHING. All the dishes were well stocked, hot and fresh. The pork and shrimp dim sum was fantastic. I can't reccomend the buffet enough and the views are amazing from the 38th floor.

If you are staying in Shanghai, please consider the JW. Great experience.
