The best Hot Pot in town without any doubt! This brand has a very strong reputation and they totally deserve it.

I’ve been to several branches while in Shanghai and quality is always consistent. Staff is welcoming, the wait and the crowd are very well managed, there are tons of options and everything is fresh and top quality. Their home made noodles prepared right in front of clients is yummy and become a spectacle in itself. A must visit if you visit the city.

Being new to hot pot, was a skeptic about the hygiene factor. Mixing vegetarian food and meat isn't my kind of experience or anything that is particularly interesting.

However, was pleased to know that vegetarian hygiene can be maintained in a sanctimonious manner, Inspiring of the plethora of animals cut up and consumed at the same table.

What is good is that you can mix n match your accompaniments and boy do they have a fantastic selection of Flavour, spices and assorted garnishes.

Happy that I went there.

Service is really good. Good mood will be provided. Tasty soup. Delicious meat. But be ready to queue. There are some free welcome snacks and drinks.

I don't write reviews but the service here is simply exceptional and the best I have seen till date. I don't speak a word of Chinese and they don't speak English but they did everything to ensure I had a great time. This is my 2nd time here in 2 days and if I was in Shanghai longer, I would be a regular. And the food is also great and very reasonably priced.

This place served me the best Hot Pot that I've ever had. The server worked very hard at communicating with me via a translation app and he chose some great ingredients. The service was prompt even during the dinner rush hour and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely return here when I am back in Shanghai.

Top notch service with great food!

What a wonderful hot pot experience! We didn't have any reservations but luckily they offer a waiting area and they keep you topped off with snacks and tea. The food itself was superb, make sure you order the noodles as not only was it tasty you also get a bit of a performance included!

Our server we had was fantastic! He helped us with our ordering and showed us all the proper etiquette to eating hot pot as we were clearly amateurs. He made sure to always assist us and was sure that everything was perfect for us. I only wish we had customer service like this back in Canada. I would 100% recommend giving this place a visit as you won't be disappointed!

This is one of the best hot pot restaurants. I love here. I ordered a Spicy one (Mah-La). Order a noodle and see the show. All staffs are very very nice. I will miss here. สั่งเลยอร่อยทุกอย่าง

This branch at Shou Ning Road is closed for renovations until the end of 2017. Do NOT go there! We went all the way there and found that the place is under renovations. There was a person sitting at the place to tell people it was closed for renovations and leading people to the next closest branch.

It's all about the service here. Do your nails. Wash your car. Watch your kids. Polish your shoes. They go the extra mile to impress. The food? It's okay.

My girlfriend and I were recommend to try this hot pot place by a friend who lives in Shanghai and he was right, it was the best we've ever had!

The food was great and the prices very fair but the service was out of this world. They were pouring over us and in the most professional way. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

It's off the beaten path and in a nondescript building on the second floor but worth the walk or the metro ride to get there. Very highly recommended.
