This is a famous hot pot restaurant chain in China. The hot pot is very good indeed. The service is very fast and the staffs are friendly. I give 5 star to this restaurant.

24-December-2023: Hai Di Lao, a short wait, an excellent service, and as usual, the best hot pot experience.

Service was the best I have ever experienced in a (no star) restaurant, it could be awarded 5 stars! Food was delicious, instructions and assistance were thorough and it was definitely service with a smile. Really really enjoyed everything of this place.

Excellent service and food. This matches on par with the ones I had in Singapore but cheaper. The rest is consistent with what the others have mentioned. Be prepared to get a queue number, walk around the other malls (raffles city being one in proximity) and come back. The popcorn is quite interesting and tasty.

It's a must; Haidilao hot pot chain offers high class food with entertainment (order the "noodle man"). Not cheap, but worth it.

The restaurant is on 5th floor of B building (if come from east nanjing road be sure to walk till the end of the building and come up to 5th floor)
Be prepare for super long queue if u come on dinner time. But lot of snack around

Very good customer service! There’s waiting area with snacks and drink for free! Food and soup are tasty. Making your own dipping sauce bar and also fruits buffet bar!

Service and food quality at HDL is equally awesome regardless of the country or city it is at. I was dining alone here and the service crew took very good care of me. It didn’t feel strange dining alone in this communal dining space!
The shop is in the mall so you gotta take the escalator up to level 4 or 5 (can’t remember exactly).

Best hot pot in Shanghai and the service is very good also. But queues are very long we waiting for 2 hours more. Be sure to come early!
