Top Quality professional hotel with luxury room. Comprehensive high-quality breakfast. Great reception service. 5 stars. 8 minutes walk to Hongmei Road metro station to go to Shanghai Centre.

Very close to Hongqiao Airport. The accommodation is clean and nice. This alone gives the accommodation 5 points.
However, there are some employees who are a little less proficient in English. I ordered a beer and a snack through room service, and this was the first time we talked for more than 5 minutes.

It's a nice hotel.clean and bright room, amenities in place and refilled daily.the room was spacious too.but the pillows were too soft and thin, i then went to the reception and asked for a harder one, they offered me a wheat pillow and ready before i came back the next night.really love the bright washroom to could have make up and washing there easily (and draw my face clearly!) there are some restaurant enclosed.i had a chance to visit its cafe for breakfast as it's included with the price.lot of choice both western and eastern food.i was only disappointed by its xiaolongbao - knowing it's the famous local food but the wrap was thick, over-steamed, soupless inside.they're disgracing this lovely signature.other food was fine so don't be biased by this! Anyway i had a great stay there.

Now I stay in Marriot hotel again in Jakarta but didnt get to enjoy member privileges. So disappointed!

Nice and cosy hotel, but only suitable for business travelers as it is not near to any of those tourism attraction points.

Stayed here 3 weeks, everything was great. They have the best breakfast and very good staff. Also that Korean restaurant in the hotel is just amazing ️

Really good hotel, the breakfast is just awesome, no matter what kind of breakfast you prefer they will have it! Rooms are very clean! Does reside in a business district which means it will require some means of transportation.

Best hotel in the area. The rooms are really nice and it comes with a great gym and pool. The restaurants offer a broad selection with the breakfast being extremely tasty.

Been here for the Buffet, promotet Price surged after we we seated by 60%. Very unfriendly Restaurant Manager, discussing 20 Minutes to charge the Money back it was necessary to call the Next Level of Management.so look exactly what they charge.

Proper business hotel located in Caohejing Business district.few minutes away from metro station.loved staying here.

A typical modern business hotel located in the newish Caohejing business park area. It is good only if you are attending business in that area, too far from central Shanghai if you visit for pleasure.

Hospitality from Zoee and her crew in the reception and lounge is exceptionally creditable. Breakfast lounge has significant room for improvements

Greeted nicely by staff at the lobby despite looking like a local. That's welcome. Spacious seating in the western cafe/bistro BLD. It was only half full at 1900 on a Thursday evening. Pricing feels a little unbalanced with lasagna going for 100+ CNY but a steak starts from 300+ CNY, but perhaps it's due to local availability and market forces. Leather sofa seats show nicks and scratches but none torn - still a little surprising for a place that's still relatively new. Height also not matched well - the table came to my lower chest area when I sat down and I'm of a higher average Asian height. Could have been more generous with the wine pouring - my glass looked more "half empty" than full.

Used to like this hotel in early 2016 yet the quality of service and facilities seem to need an improvement now.

First rate staff, comfortable and quiet surroundings, excellent in-house bars and restaurants, top drawer hotel.

Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff and spacious rooms. Rooms are very quiet, even with airconditioning working.
After check-out you can still use facilities like showers etc before you fly back home.

The staff here is incredible. They cater to you hand and foot - especially on the Club Floor - it almost makes me feel guilty. Rooms are well-appointed, stylish, and clean. And again, the Club Floor Lounge is AMAZING. Great happy hour, breakfast, and amazing views. Good gym as well. The location is awful if you're purely a tourist, however I was in town for business and this hotel was well located for my needs.

We went to the Wan Li restaurant for dinner and one of their private rooms. We were greeted at the front of the restaurant by a very friendly host. The staff during dinner was very professional and attentive. We ordered a wide variety of items across the menu, each of which was delicious. I personally finished off dinner with a red bean and mochi dessert which was at the perfect level of sweetness. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience.
