Kempinski staff staying above our unit is inconsiderate. Make heavy foot stumping noise from 3am. This is not acceptable for a 5 star rating hotel.

在中國那邊地圖叫做「靜安凱賓斯基全套房」，定了豪華房/藝術房跟一室ㄧ廳房，房型整體來說都一樣⋯⋯只是左右問題，但價格會有落差，其中一個豪華房（較貴）結果浴室看出去是牆壁，但ㄧ室一廳（較便宜）卻是兩邊浴室窗都是都市景觀，所以check in房要稍微提一些要求
房間裡面都有微波爐，小型洗衣機（可以跟櫃檯拿洗衣液），洗衣機可以烘衣服，但每次要一次性兩個小時的烘乾
整體服務來說都不錯，乾淨整潔，保潔阿姨人不錯
但不建議買包含早餐，早餐種類很少，而且像餛飩，牛肉麵只能一人一份，不能多拿，還不如出去外面吃

Incredibly located close to a major metro line and large park. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast staff were incredibly friendly. The gym and pool were closed for the entire duration of my two week stay, so can’t comment. Lobby staff were helpful, but would help if they smile more.

Nice team and nice location! We enjoyed our stay at our home away from home, wish to come back soon!

Very clean and bog rooms!
The location is perfect, directly at the subway for the line 2,12 and 13.
The breakfast is outstanding good and the service professional and warm.
I‘ll recommand to take a room over the 18th floor. Then you‘ll have an awesome view over the city skyline of Shanghai!

Nice suite in Shanghai. A lot of attractions around the hotel as well. But traffic can be terrible often.

Nice comfy bed but poor amenities. Not enough hanging spots in the bathroom (room for 2 but one bath towel hanging knob. This is unthinkable. And there is none in the bathing area.) Also no mirror outside the bathroom whereas the one in the bathroom is poorly lighted. Toilet is separated from the bathing area but lack of ventilator so it smells. Otherwise good location. Mediocre breakfast though.

Food in the brrakfast are hard and overcooked, especially the pork and noodle, i will be here 10 days, hope there will be improvements tomorrow.

2018年的9月至10月在這裡住了將近一個半月，這裡離地鐵2、10和13號線的南京西路站都蠻近的，大概五分鐘的路程。

飯店的服務品質非常好，因此住客大多是外國商務人士或旅客為主，可見它在外國朋友間的好評價，飯店出來就有間小型家樂福方便採購，二樓有合作的健身房和泳池。

房間內有全套住宿設備，像是滾筒洗衣機與烘衣機，浴室和小型廚房，個人更衣間和客廳。每天的早餐雖然品項不多，但都很好吃。附近也有自然博物館、吳江路步行街和太古匯等等地方好逛，是個非常讚的地方。

唯一不足的是，飯店備品只有一份，需要自己攜帶洗衣精、牙刷牙膏、洗髮精和沐浴乳，另外，二樓的健身房蠻小的，人又太多，常常沒有器材用，這點比較可惜。

Ein sehr altes Hotel, das gut eine Renovierung braucht. Zumindest neue Silikon Abdichtung im Bad, sie ist schwarz vom Schimmel. Toilette stinkt.
Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Cleaning Service ist miserabel, Putzfrau benutzt einen Lappen für Klo und Esstisch, danach stinkt der Tisch nach Toilette und es ist ekelhaft!

Excellent. Loved the breakfast buffet, especially the congee. My other half enjoyed the weekly evening happy hour.

Absolutely perfect for both short and long stay due to its location and the comfort of the accommodation.

Most of the staff spoke English fluently and were willing to help. The room was fully furnished and well maintained.

Best hotel near nanjing road, it has all the facilities for a longer duration stay. Kitchen, washing machine, iron, high speed internet, great view from the window, great breakfast, happy and helping staff. I don't think anything else is required so for me it was the best and would recommend it to all.

Einfach nur Klasse. Die Lage ist super. U-Bahn fast vor der Haustür, Elevated Road gleich dran und trotzdem hört man nichts. Die Rezeption ist super freundlich, höflich und absolut hilfsbereit. Ich war jetzt zum dritten Mal da und würde immer wieder kommen, wenn ich im Zentrum von Shanghai bin. Auch die Möglichkeit Mal selber zu kochen und nicht Abend weg zu gehen überzeugt.

Very Nice rooms. Each room has its own Wi-Fi router so decent Speed internet connection. Seems to be great location close to Nanjing Rd West and People's Square.

Great hotel. Very impressive the moment you stepped into the lobby. The executive lounge offers a good cocktail hours where you get to make your own drinks and munch on some delicious snacks and desserts.

Great hotel and restaurant. Beautiful views but very expensive. If you want to go to the M, make sure you make a reservation!
