Great Hotpot you can never go wrong with Haidilao, this outlet didnt have much of a queue even thou it was peak dinner hours on a Saturday.

在上海吃消夜最佳好地方在哪？想去10個人有一半的人都會推薦你去海底撈。在上海有不少海底撈分店，都是24小時營業的。不管你幾點來，這裡的服務人員總是充滿活力和朝氣。我最喜歡喝這裡的番茄湯。再下去煮食材之前，一定要叫服務員幫你弄一碗來品嘗。這裡的伊比利亞豬頭和腐竹是我每次來一定要吃的。你喜歡吃什麼呢？留言區告訴我。

Great hotpot dish. We tried the mala/spicy soup and the chicken broth. The mala soup is quite balanced, not too over powering mala spices. The chicken broth is also nice and light.despite there are so many herbs put into the soup. The dumplings, beef, prawn paste and etc were great. Vegetables were super fresh. This place is definitely an addition to my must-go list in Shanghai.

Food's great as usual but the service here is a little haphazard. I would recommend going to other HDL in the city centre closer to either people's park or Pudong area.

Long long review

A great place to go eat hotpot both if you're from China or from abroad. Part of a chain of restaurants that can be found in multiple locations around China, this place can be praised for their excellent customer service and good food.
Unless you're not a fan of spicy meals. In which case (depending on what your order) brace yourself and your back, because it's going to be real spicy. If you're worried maybe bring a milk-based drink from Starbucks.

What about those waits?

Oh, and by the way: the wait can be long (2h) but depending who you are, you can either wait in the waiting room (but is probably too full), go out and have a walk (so nice outside!), go shopping or register to get your nails done (another 2h wait though)

Tell me more about the food!

Sure, the food seems good even if your not from China you shouldn't need to worry about an upset belly (although cook your food properly. Duh). Your butt might be on fire at least as much as the hotpot. So go easy on the spiciness. Really.
You can choose to have two or four different types of "soups" (it's not a soup, but you get what I mean), they can be spicy or not spicy. Then you order meat and vegetables. And start cooking.

十分愉快的用餐經驗，第一次來上海旅遊，來海底撈朝聖，這次多虧了一位服務員，溫心的孫美艷小姐姐，不僅幫忙做美味可口的網紅料理，還替我們排美甲掛號及叫計程車，給她添了麻煩，也謝謝她讓我們此次上海遊留下美好的回憶！

Not as crowded as other HaiDiLao. The service is still as good. The price is reasonable and remember to get your free manicure!

Very comfortable place to eat with great services. However, it's pretty hard to find staff who can speak English.but don't worry, they will try to help you even they can't speak English

周末家庭聚會，商量去哪家飯館吃飯，最後大家一致認同火鍋且都說吃這家。店裡客人很多，環境也很整潔，看得出服務人員都經過上崗培訓，言行很有禮貌，服務积極主動，東西的確也不錯，醬料、開胃小菜品種多，無論大人、小孩都很滿意。

海底撈的服務絕對是特色了，我們在排隊的時候服務生讓我們疊紙鶴，疊到一定數量就可以抵一盤肉，即可以打發無聊時間還可以落到實惠，這個確實很有創意，坐下來后服務生馬上提供靠墊，服務好到沒話說，菜的味道倒是沒有服務那麼出色，四個人吃了六百多，價格不便宜。

Great food, great entertainment, this is the perfect place to go with a group of friends and have fun.

首先说说地理位置 还不算难找吧 招牌就在路边儿 抬眼就看见了 上电梯就到了 很方便~
服务还不错 服务员热情又不多话 感觉挺舒服的
口味的话 真的特别辣 我们点了九宫格的微辣 爱吃辣的我们就不行了 感觉还有点儿烧胃 不过过瘾是真的！！！ 建议时不要涮菜 最好涮点儿不吸辣的 还是不错哒~
