This restaurant deserves a better rating. Loved the ambience here and there was some live music. Located at a good location in Xin Tian Di too. The fried eel was very crisp and well seasoned, with slices of ginger to get rid of any fishiness or greasiness. The very beautifully presented 東坡肉 (braised pork belly) was a big portion and very thick cuts of meat, with a good ratio of fat in between. Slightly expensive but I enjoyed my meal here throughly.

One of the best restaurants in Puxi and certainly the best Shanghainese restaurant in Xintiandi.

Ambience is perfect and the added jazz music is fantastic too!

The food is really great and is International standard. Prices are reasonable and not expensive. It’s Singapore price range.

I went there with my Shanghainese friend. The food was great and it was Shanghai style food according to my friend. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant itself was charming but the price is quite expensive.
