Compare to other hilton property I stayed this location needs to focusing more and improve their customer service (front desk). The front desk agent lady who Checkin me wasn’t polite and try to rush me away when I tried to ask her some questions Not only she wasn’t able to answer my questions too She needs to learn the basic customer service when she is in this industry

Old hotel rooms. Reception staff was not cooperative and had some attitude. No courtesy for gold members.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It is close to the shopping center and there are many options. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.so you can stay as a family.the staff speak English. There are many far eastern cuisine options for breakfast. The classic breakfast option is standard. The staff is friendly and helpful.

鑽卡入住，升等東樓的套房，空間非常寬敞，窗外景觀也很舒心。可惜玻璃有點髒。
房間內的電視頻道選擇很少。有提供一份水果盤，很貼心。房間很乾淨，只是浴缸尺寸有點小。
東樓一樓的行政酒廊持續關閉中，使用大廳酒吧提供HH，甜鹹餐點都有提供，味道不差。早餐在一樓咖啡廳，菜色還可以。現做的 omelette 非常中式，建議主廚可以參考西式的作法。
另外，安靜的用餐空間，會被一位女性服務員沉重的皮鞋敲打木質地板以及整理不鏽鋼餐具的聲響破壞殆盡。這一點真的很惱人。
最後，游泳池水非常乾淨。

The staff were all very kind and attempted to assist whenever I had issues. The rooms are large but quite dated. I stayed here twice during the summer, and both times the rooms had loud and rackety air conditioning that made it difficult to sleep well. The breakfast buffet was quite good, and even had enough healthy options for vegans (not always the case in China). The location is not the best if you are looking for tourist attractions or historical places; however, it was only a 10-minute walk from the metro station. My main disappointment with this hotel is that I booked an executive access room with my Hilton points. But they currently don't have an executive area. They are using a lobby bar that only provides a minimal happy hour from 5-8pm. This made it inconvenient to work, so I opted for other locations. Hopefully they will finish their renovations soon and remedy this issue.

Only to mention the poor, small and old gym. Machined are old, very basic and difficult to work out if it gets busy there.
3 out of 9 training machines were out of services plus the extra air con was also broken. You should really update the entire site

Good location as a base for touring Shanghai. Lancun Road metro station is 5 minutes away.

As a member of the Hilton franchise, once again, one of their branches did not disappoint us. During our overnight stay between flights, we were pleased with the front desk staff's courtesy and assistance upon our arrival. Notably, they upgraded our room, accommodated an extra bed, and ensured our comfort. The breakfast, though predictably busy around 9 am, offered a diversity of Asian and Western dishes. The public areas were well-maintained and spotless, yet the spacious rooms could benefit from a thorough cleaning or modernization, as their interior appeared somewhat dated. Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive and satisfying.

This would have been a three star review however things do not always go right but the mark of a business is their customer service and how they deal with concerns. Michael, the manager went above and beyond, and I must say a true asset to this hotel. His employers are very fortunate to have him and from not being keen to stay here again, this hotel will definitely be in my plans the next time I visit. To put things into perspective, this was the last hotel I stayed in during a four week business trip in China having stayed in approximately 15 hotels before this. Michael, you're a star. I would employ you without hesitation in my business.

A very clean big hotel. Employees are smiling and helpful. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the metro.
