It was an experience where we felt like we were in our country. The food and the atmosphere were of very high quality. We had the opportunity to eat Turkish food that we missed in China. Mr. Taylan's hospitality and the attention of all the waiters made us feel very special. We would especially like to thank Mr. Taylan. I recommend everyone who is in Shanghai to experience it.

Great Turkish food. We noticed the restaurant on our tour of Shanghai and had an amazing lunch. The pide was great, and the mixed grill plate as well. Reminded me of a Turkish restaurant in Germany that I used to go to. Service was great and food came very fast.

An excellent place good ambiance. Thanks to Philip we had a great time in the restaurant. Anyone especially coming from Middle East - I would strongly suggest this restaurant. A must visit if in Shanghai. A big thanks to Philip.

The best Turkish restaurant I have ever been to! Even better than the restaurants I have eaten in Turkiye. The staff was very friendly, and we received extra food. The price was very good, really recommend it!

It may be the worst Turkish restaurant in the world.the place is very bad. The tables are very close to each other as if you are eating with someone else.soup is never a Turkish soup.food and prices never match.their employees are disrespectful and don't even know the names of Turkish dishes. You can be happier if you go to McDonald's with your family.

This place offers good vegetarian and non vegetarian (Halal) items. This place is good and loveable because of their presentation, food taste, and Hospitality.

I like the quality of food and the environment is so good, clean and cosy. I highly recommend to visit.

Visited the place for dinner with my friends. We were delighted by Halal, middle eastern & Turkish main courses with species and lots of flavors which is mpressive for a vegetarian & non-vegeterian.
The service was above average, but the turkish black tea was too unpalatable to finish.
When we arrived at 6: 20, we’d to wait for 10 minutes while they prepared the table. We didn’t make any reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no good reason to make us wait.
I was greatly excited about visiting Efes Turkish Restaurant. The main course was just delicious.
I’d love to visit the place again. You can go with your friends, family, partner or whosoever you wish to. Do try this awesome restaurant if you willing to the best Halal, Eastern & Turkish dishes in Shanghai China.
P. S: The restaurant's bald manager (Mr. Yilmaz) is a friendly and it's own type man you will never forget him.

Good food, pleasant staff, spacious seating. The pide looks great, and is reasonable but the chicken sishkebab is so juicy and was the stand out. The spicy hummus was also good.

The food was tasty and staff were professional. The restaurant was cozy, well decorated, and located in a tourist area.

Worth visiting in general

It was an amazing experience. Taste, ambiance and environment. We tasted their few main courses. Complimentary bread with olive oil sauce and hummus was mouth watering. True experience of Turkish cuisine and yes best hilal food experience in Shanghai.

If someone is seeking halal restaurant in Shanghai, this is the best place to eat, I never had such a delicious food before. Love the place and love the food. 10/10. Look for the guy name Ramazan he is best the person to help you.

The food is very nice. The atmosphere is also good. Only it is a bit expensive and the portions are not very big.
