6Dr Fung is patient and takes time to explain his diagnosis and prognosis and helps you make informed decisions on treatment options. He speaks English at a native level and is personable and trustworthy.
實在很憤怒！
打電話約看醫生時, 問姑娘什麼時間方便？她叫我3: 15pm來，我告訴她，我在附近上班，會不會等很久？她說不會，這時間醫生剛開始看疹，不用等很久！好，我答應上來。
3: 15我準時到，一進疹所看到3人在等，期間又多了2-3個人來看醫生，到4: 15，比我早到的3個都看過了，我忍不住問姑娘，下一個是不是我？
她說：沒有那麼快，還有2個！
我實在氣，覺得姑娘太過份，打電話約時間時説很快，並没有告訴我前面有5個！如果多人，為何不叫我4點才上來？為何一開疹就叫4-5個病人一起等？ 醫生的時候很寶貴，那我們呢？
醫生好不好我沒緣份見，但時間管理這麼差, 又無誠信的前台服務我發誓以後也不會再來看！
4: 15我氣走了，永遠不回來！
Dr. Fung is a very good Doctor. Made an appointment and was able to have the procedure done that same morning.
He is very patient and very thorough when discussing possible treatments. Never felt rushed or pressured.

Dr. Fung is a fantastic doctor, very patient and knowledgeable. One star off because the reception/front desk ladies are miserable and rude. One of them snatched medicine out of my hands because she thought I wasn’t listening to her. Just generally very unpleasant experience once you leave the Doctor’s room. Dr. Fung deserves better employees.
I had a very positive experience. A very friendly and personable doctor, who speaks totally fluent English and explained everything very clearly and completely.
