地點不大方便，在大窩口地鐵站走路去都有一段頗長的距離，還需要上落一段山丘 。如自己駕車倒沒問題。客服水平還可以，有時會沒有人招呼。中心外是一列工廠大廈，馬路時有大貨車阻塞，使道路變窄，行車要加倍小心及禮讓。

Lexus葵涌服務中心，不但有精緻舒適的環境，維修顧問耐心聆聽和解釋每個問題和保養事項，更提供輪胎選擇的專業意見和悉心跟進座駕的每個問題，因為的專業表現，確實使我對Lexus維修服務充滿信心，難得就是完成保養工作後，我的座駕的行車表現特別是行車時底盤傳來的聲響都變得紮實了，引擎亦比保養工作進行前，明顯暢順了，令我深深體會保養工作的效果。

Service advisor provided excellent service. Service centre provides good environment and comfy. Terrio was taking care of me so good and he deserved 5 stars.

Excellent service arrangement, comfortable service center. I took a look at a new ES demo car there. And appreciated so much for the VIP2 car pick up, I feel safer than taking taxi under the pandemic period.

He Provided me with really professional solutions and suggestions for my car. It was the best experience I have encountered for a while. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 環境舒適，沖咖啡阿姐有禮貌，有alphard接送葵芳，今次遇到個技術顧問Davis真糸要讚，講解清晰有耐心，以車主角度為客人着想，除咗妥善跟進安排訂零件維修，連車外有蟻可能有蟻竇都注意到，亦給了很多保養維護建議，我七點收車時發現parking sensor有問題亦即時幫我加班fix好，凌志服務真糸唔錯

因為汽車出了問題，约了今天到 貴中心檢查驗車。遇到了龍先生 (Davis) 。他詳细解釋、细心講解，讓我明白當中的情況。Davis態度有禮、富耐心，並從顧客角度出發，解釋顅客疑問，值得讚許。加上Davis對汽車各方面熟悉，能使本人對他向服務更有信心及肯定。

早一個星期我揸架UX來check 車 ， 一個鐘多啲就走得. 個日咁多人排 算佢地快手啦. 坐在陣 仲嘆左杯咖啡. 好過大熱天時四圍走.
好彩客戶服務呢兩三日打來remind我维修的事. 差啲唔記得咗. 特別寫嚟讚下佢哋 Like

I can obtain the best customer services especially the professional and useful information from Mr. Terrio Yip on the maintenance of my vehicle. Moreover, all the other colleagues at the service centre are very friendly and helpful which is one of the reasons why I have my vehicle being maintained at your centre over the years.

只係烈玻璃，帶埋保險單去，等了一個鐘，就只係未有貨，下星期二有货可換。等一個鐘，講一分鐘都不夠，其實平時收車，交車都等到飛起，小問題就應該找一個專人解答，按按電腦，即時解答，浪費車位和時間，這才是双赢的辦法，管理層在那？
